Before using any features involving the TrueDepth API, we recommend that users review Apple’s own privacy policy and data handling practices, especially as they pertain to Face ID and facial recognition technologies. More information is available at Apple's Privacy Page.
Under the GDPR, users have the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data. However, since no personal or biometric data is collected or stored via TrueDepth API, these rights are not applicable in the context of this feature.
